As one of Central London's largest venues with a capacity of 480, it features flexible seating and a large stage area. The space benefits from excellent natural acoustics and audio-visual facilities including a full-size screen, audio and video recording facilities, fixed and roving microphones and adjustable lighting.

Woburn Square is perfect for outdoor events, performances, outdoor cinemas, and more. Access can be managed by security and production parking is also available next to the space.

Torrington Square is a rectangular public space with gravel paths and grassy plots. At the southern side of the square is the University of London's Senate House flanked by Birkbeck College. The venue is available to hire on a sectional basis as a dry hire venue and is a perfectly versatile space. Torrington Square is a public space, however a part can be blocked off for private use. Access and security can be managed by the University. A range of hospitality can be provided to this area as well. The space host's a popular weekly farmers' market held on Thursdays.
